Agape Table is committed to providing a community-based program, nourishing the body, mind, and spirit of our guests in a cost effective and financially responsible manner. Our guiding pillars of operation are Nutrition, Empowerment, Dignity, Community. Agape Table serves those in the community in need with nutritional meals, nutritional education, and a low-cost grocery, in a safe and positive environment without qualification or judgment.
Agape Table for Kids is a parenting program which allows parents and chidlren to be active and learn about nutrition and providing nutritionally balanaced food to their families. Registration is required and numbers are limited due to funding limitations.
Agape Table intermittantly offers an “Agape Table for Adults” (where adults are taught about nutrition, eating a well-balanced diet, exercise options, and eating to prevent or work with existing long-term health problems) program, yoga, clothing donation services, and writing programs (for participants to work through their life stories by writing them down or doing an audio recording).
